The gift items sold at McCoyPottery.Com Online Store are
manufactured to the highest possible standards. All McCoy Pottery
"Pottery" Items are sold "As Is". Some manufacturing defects may be present on items which were previously manufactured by the McCoy Pottery Company. Mint condition means no cracks, chips, or repairs. All sales are final and only items with shipping
damage may be returned for exchange with an equal item. Cookie Jars
and other original McCoy Pottery items may not be returned for
refund. All Pottery items are insured along with shipping. Any
damages as the result of shipping are to be taken up with the
carrier.
All original McCoy Pottery Cookie Jars and other McCoy Pottery are
certified McCoy Pottery. No fake or reproductions are sold through
the McCoyPottery.Com sites or the McCoyPottery.Com Online Store.

for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business
days. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will
refund you based on your original method of payment, less any
shipping/handling charges. Opened items will be subject to a minimum
20% restocking fee.
